Our Saas system support service include the following:

1. System subscritpion by IWOOify (https://www.iwooify.com)
   • All function supported by IWOOify system (Refer to https://www.iwooify.com)
   • POS System – 1 Warehouse, 1 shop, 1POS for each location
2. One time system design and confirmation
3. One time migration from old system to new system
4. First prioity on New Function Request or Development
5. Support on Computer Device Checking
   • Onsite by 5 working days notice
   • Online by 2 working days notice
6. Monthly maintenance support
   • Onsite by 5 working days notice
   • Online by 2 working days notice
7. Monthly maintenance support
   • General Real Person 1 to 1 Support
   • Office hour (Mondy to Friday 10:00 a.m – 7:00 p.m) – Reply within 1 hour
   • Non office hour – Reply within 12 hours
   • Promotion Rule Setup Investigation and Support (at least 5 working days notice)
   • Any New Page Setup Investigation and Support (at least 5 working  days notice)
   • Function teaching and guideline through online by request
   • Meeting consultation x 1
